Simon at 3P Innovations told me he has already had a tool made to cut the visor shields. They have also had feedback from the regulatory authorities, including material transparency/clarity and visor width (needed to be wider than the original Prusa one). I will see if they have a supply option from their tool and if they are willing to share their design.

Richard Jennions from Try and Lilly (up the road from DoES) can get knives made for the die-cutting for £40/knife. We'd likely want a couple of knives to run the material through their press.

Wider than the original Prusa design would fit with the feedback I had from the Prusa design when I took them to the doctors originally (that they wanted it a bit wider)
