Enderman Silk Touch

I feel like the Enderman should be able to pick up blocks with silk touch (if the player uses their hand). It would make the Enderman more useful. Also if you add that, consider making blocks break faster (or some break instantly if you don't have one yet (like if you DIDN'T have any stone then you could instantly pick up a stone block)). This would make the disguise more realistic.
