When crafting hammer, it just makes my items disappear leaving me with nothing

It says I have new recipes but nothing is showing up when crafting the hammers.. easy fix?

Notice: it has the recipe but when it uses the resources it doesn't give me the entity of the hammer. I also tried with iron and it does the same thing.
