Numerical pad for settings

Description

As requested this is being posted here from original post at Duet forums. Text from from original post below:

When setting heater temps, fan speeds, etc. it would be nice to have a numerical pad to type in the desired value rather than +/- increments of 1 or 5.

I realize I could create a macro or use DWC but this seems like a basic feature that would be relatively easy to implement. At least another set of buttons for +/- 25.

An option for entering coordinates for axis moves would be nice too.
