Looks like it is already enabled, going to run some tests to ensure it is working.

v342.pre:# FromNameSpoof - help stop spam that tries to spoof other domains using 
v342.pre:loadplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::FromNameSpoof

Add option to bump score T_FROMNAME_SPOOFED_EMAIL
