Gitlab CI file has been created & the pipeline is working in Dev environment, facing some read write permission issues in Prod & Staging, investigating the same

@jdhayhurst The refactored Rest API is available in below mentioned URL -:

http://ves-pg-7e.ebi.ac.uk:9780/gwas/rest

@sajo-ebi the docs are working correctly but all the endpoints are returning 404s e.g.
http://ves-pg-7e.ebi.ac.uk:9782/gwas/rest/api
