NF can post weblogs to webserver of your choice. So if we had a service that accepts these and can serve them over a UI to internal users in a useful way that would allow us to monitor the files in the pipeline.
Requirements:
Via a UI, see the list of accession IDs in each of the states (queue, in process, released) plus the date at which they were added to that state i.e. date added to queue/released
Via a UI, see a summary of how many studies are in each state (this could be filterable by date at which study entered that state)
Via a UI, search for an accession ID and see the current status and previous states/dates
