Biomarker page is slow

It takes over 6 seconds to load everything on the biomarkers page.

The way to solve this is with server-side data tables. I've got much of the "plumbing" in place to handle server-side data tables in the work-in-progress commit f1930d1.

However, there's a deficiency in Wagtail itself: a free text search cannot be combined with column ordering, which is what server-side data tables would require. Until this can be addressed, we can't progress on this.
