Hello. First of all, I appreciate your work! This is a quite handy and useful tool!
I've a few suggestions for improving this App.

1.) User Role / Capability Support
It would be really great if only users with a granted capability have the opportunity to log in.

2.) Double Login
Is there a possibilty that Owncloud detect wether a user is already logged in to WordPress and therefore do not ask for a second login?

3.) I have problems registering a proper backlink to my WordPress blog. Whenever I enter my website and use the option "add website to main menu" there is an "no websites found" error. Any suggestions?
