Creating Source sample_type for MetaboLights

To be able to handle data destined for submission in MetaboLights, creating a new Source Sample Type from the file studySample.xml inside folder MetaboLightsConfig20150707

The zip file can be found at:

Of notice, the studySample.xml to be converted here has four suggested ontologies for the field “Characteristics[Organism part]”. How to include multiple ontologies for one field will be dealt with later, as discussed in #2.
