Mi ennek a jelentősége? Miért van ez egyes versekben és miért nem?

(Pardon my poor Hungarian. I'm still learning the language.)

I'm doing some processing on the ELTE poetry corpus, and I realized that some of the poems use <div type="poem"> while others leave off the type="poem". What is the significance of this? Aren't they all poems?
