If an Sx-Cat collection gets removed (cf. https://github.com/EOX-A/ngeo-b/blob/branch-4-1/ngeo_browse_server/sxcat/tasks.py) the corresponding ingestion queue(s) should probably be cleared. Otherwise adding a layer using the same name would pick up the pending ingestions.
