What is the topic of the new content?

At the moment the task "https://everse.software/RSQKit/codemeta" Writing a CodeMeta file, implies that you know wjat a CodeMeta file is. that is NOT the task. The task is documenting your software with metadata.

the other tasks are at a more appropriate level - "releasing code" etc. But not this one! BioConductor asked ""Whats the recommended ontology (Software Ontology/EDAM etc) to record a software tool, version, paramters etc if we wish to collect metadata" not "how do I write a CodeMeta file, because they had not heard of it.
