Description

While implementing the K13 FRs for OCPP 2.0.1 I noticed that there is not a restriction placed ont the requests ChargingLimitSource. This differs from the other two functional blocks that have K11.FR05 and K12.FR04.

Currently, there is a comment in the code calling out this discrepancy. The code is here.
