Script to generate ocpp messages is not creating all messages in the correct dir

Describe the bug

v21_messages is missing at least GetCertificateChainStatus, NotifyWebPaymentStarted and ReportDERControl.

            if action in v21_messages:
                print(f'"{action}" is a OCPP 2.1 message')
                message_version = 'v21'
                generated_class_hpp_fn = Path(messages_header_dir_v21, action + '.hpp')
                generated_class_cpp_fn = Path(messages_source_dir_v21, action + '.cpp')
                conversions_namespace_prefix = 'ocpp::v201::'

prefix should be ocpp::v2:: I think?

And there might be some other issues with directory / namespace naming after the renaming of v201 to v2.
