Add ARM32 to Python Debugger #827

Hi,

Could you add the ARM32 version of the Python Debugger extension (https://open-vsx.org/extension/ms-python/debugpy)?
It could be useful to remote debug on Raspberry Pi.

Reference:

The 'ms-python.debugpy' extension is not available in VSCodium for Linux ARM. VSCodium/vscodium#2230
