use a remote configuration setting to allow developer to set up an upgrade policy

  • Suggested upgrade: not mandatory for now, but that pops up a dialog that firmly suggests the user to update the app
  • Forced Upgrade: mandatory upgrade to keep receiving updates from the blockchain optionally the user could have an "off-network mode" that can display:
    • last synced height
    • last known balance
    • transaction history known with local data.
    • access to local logs
    • backup seed phrase
    • access to existing addresses
    • nuke button.
