Modularize tests in secant #769

Modularization is a wide topic that consists of several steps.

  1. modularize dependencies - DONE
  2. modularize features - DONE

These two steps also modularized all dependent utilities and models. The thing is that the tests still live in the secant app package while it should be associated with the modules.

So goal of this ticket is to cleanup tests folder in secant and move tests to the modules.
