Sync doesn't resume after lightwalletd connection failure

Describe the issue

The lightwalletd server my mainnet wallet was talking to had service interruption. Once the "Retry / Dismiss" error was dismissed, there was no way to restart syncing.

Can you reliably reproduce the issue?

If so, please list the steps to reproduce below:

1. Be syncing.
2. lightwalletd goes down.
3. See errors like LightWalletService.blockStream failed. (code: ZSRVC0000) or LightWalletService.getInfo failed. (code: ZSRVC0002).
4. Dismiss the error.
5. lightwalletd comes back up.

Expected behaviour

The wallet should restart syncing on its own, or have some method in the UI to trigger a restart.

Actual behaviour + errors

Nothing happens until I close and reopen the app.
