Since VitaGrafixPatchlist's issues seem to be abandoned, I'll make a request here.

There's this game, called 2013: Infected Wars. Its a shovelware mobile port, with crappy graphics and even crappier gameplay, lol. Not to say that they somehow managed to offset the sound's 3D position, so noises of zombies in front came from the right speaker/earphone. I dunno why I am having fun playing that, I just tend to like such janky gameplay, I guess :)

The game runs at 30 FPS, despite having seemingly shaderless look of a PC game from 2002, and will run fullspeed with underclocked CPU and BUS. Runs on Unreal Engine (judging from the logo on the splash screen). I run the EU version, PCSB000842, there's also the US version, PCSE00634.

What I want is a patch to make it run at 60 FPS, but I'll understand if noone will want to make a patch for a crappy shovelware game...
So maybe there's a tutorial on how to find offsets for creating patches? I have googled but found none. I have a pretty basic understanding of how memory works and hex values, and even more basic one of Z80 assembly, so I'm not sure if I have what it takes to make such patch myself, but I am willing to learn.
