I'll look into it. I don't think that the type of cable matters.
The important things are:
Your monitors show correctly in Windows display settings (right mouse button on desktop > Display settings)
The app is actually activated (the "Activated" toggle switch in the app is toggled on)
You hold the Ctrl key when you want to lock the cursor on a monitor.
If the problem still exists then I would like you to tell me in a detailed way how you are using this app and I would like to see information about you device like:
Windows version
Screenshot of Windows display settings (like the one below)
