Hi,

When I was trying to open the EmotiBitDataParser, it shows this error below.

"EmotiBitDataParser” can’t be opened because Apple cannot check it for malicious software.
This software needs to be updated. Contact the developer for more information.

Could you help me how can I fix this problem?

@gunahn sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

We usually handle support on our forum.

The error you are talking about is expected when running the application for the first time on macos. You need to give the application permission to run in System Settings > Privacy and security
