By standard a two column grid component with all of the subforums listed. If a certain width is reached, turn into one column (for mobile)

Each subforum component must have the following elements:

Title
Icon
Amount of threads
Amount of posts
'Last post' component

The 'last post' component must have the following:

Thread title
Last post by ${user} ${timeAgo}
Go to page {lastPostPageNumber}
