Possible DNS caching issue with shared infra

Describe the bug

It looks to me as if the enmasse controller caches IPs of router and brokers it connects. When a service restarts, the still tries to connect to the old IP, which of course fails.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected behavior

Cache DNS resolution only for a short period of time.
