[bug] Permission Error?

Describe the bug
I am unsure if this is intended or not but I am reporting it just in case. Basically, I tried giving a non-opped player access to various operator command permission nodes such as minecraft.command.kick but it seems to not allow the player to utilize the command despite having that node attached.

To Reproduce
Use player.add_attachment to add an operator command permission to the player

Expected behavior
The permission node in my mind should allow the player to use the command regardless if they are a visitor, member, or operator.
