quest for AR rolling machine lists incorrect components #621

Describe your issue.

so, rolling machine quest wants 2 coils for the multi
but it doesn't use any
and in fact, it needs 3 steel blocks which quest never lists

it also wants 2 input/output hatches but it only needs one of each
not sure about the rest
