Mention gamestage requirement in IE multiblock quests

Describe your suggestion

Trying to form a multiblock before completing the medium machinery schematics quest mentions a potential missing gamestage, but it's not obvious to a user what that means when they first encounter this.

Suggested solutions: The quest either being actually blocked by the schematics quest, or the documentation of the multiblock quests mentioning the requirement explicitly would solve this problem.

Why would you like this added/changed?

A better experience for the player so idiots like me don't have to search discord to find the solution to this problem ;)
