[1.9.0] Wrong tag in a quest

Describe your issue.

The quest Withering Bones in Equipment > Tinkers Construct requires necrotic bones to fill. It only accepts tinkers' necrotic bones though, while wither skeletons drop Withered Bones from Architect's Palette in this pack. While you can still get Necrotic Bones with a Severing modifier, it's still weird it only accepts one type of the item (and there's no way to convert it, where the heck is Forge Lexicon?)
