cacheandperformancefix in v4.0.0-beta4? #614

First, thanks to the developers for the great and important project!

v4.0.0-beta4 is working nicely, except for an issue discussed earlier:

Manual sync doesn't work [as you said] but entering the "Exchange (EWS) Properties" option for your calendar and clicking Save refreshes the calendar and the added/deleted/edited events finally appear.

I tried setting the following about:config key to false
extensions.exchangecalendar...useOfflineCache
but it was reverted to true.

Maybe something in ./chrome/content/offlineCacheSettings.js that I could not figure out?

I'm with TB 52.2.1 (64-bit) using Ubuntu.

This fork has no release named v4.0.0-beta4. You are probably writing about the fork at https://github.com/ExchangeCalendar/exchangecalendar/ – please post your issue on that project's tracker instead.
