Just a heads up, downpour seems to have added a redirect for the first time visiting their home page that breaks this application.

In particular, it gives this error:

$ downpour account login
Email: ****
Password: 
Repeat for confirmation: 
[ERROR] Unable to login: cannot find sign in link

(The password is correct.)
