Make an automatic installer (Setup) so it auto installs to Program Files folder. Because if maybe you sometimes empty the Downloads folder, you will maybe accidently delete it. And other wise you have to move it yourself to the Program Files folder and you need to make shortcuts yourself. I recommended to use any of the following one's to package an setup:
