Creating events silently fails when no calendar exists

When you try to create an event on a system without any calendar etar will not show any error. Instead the event will be deleted after pressing "Done".

Etar should definitely not silently delete the event. I think it would be best if Etar would not allow starting the event creation process before a calendar exists that the event could be saved to.
