As the title says, this issue is about how to represent JOSM presets in RDF.

The one about iD presets might be divided into several issues (as I think there's more than one use for the schemas).

Also: on a quick look at https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Preset, some of these apps might already be using similar names for different things, so the name "preset" might be not fully represent the complexity here.
