Is there a way to forget the vault password?

When asked for, i can choose to remember the vault password for 1, 5, 15 etc minutes. But when done so, is there a way to stop remembering it? I tried to close and start the application but then it is still being remembered. I would like to have a way to stop the current running period so that i have to give in the vault password from now on. Use case: i have to add multiple connections and I don't want to have to give in the password many, many times. And then I am done adding the connections and i want to restore the normal working of the application with asking for the password.
