The method used for dynamic enabling and re-enabling attach, as explained in the README.md for the library, for the IOverScrollDecor behavior is not present in the IOverScrollDecor interface.

I'm using version 1.0.4 which I believe is the latest release, also I re-checked the source on GitHub the method does not exist.
