[Feature] Scan app on all stores by default

Apps that are released on more than one store need to be submitted twice and if they are not and you pick the wrong store, you need to start over

Describe the solution you'd like

Just enter the package name and the backend figures out if the package is on a certain store and scan every available store it can find the package in. Get rid of the choice menu basically.
