Note: Issue reproduced only in expensifail account

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Go to workspace settings
3. Invite a member who has no expensify account
4. Log out
5. Sign in as invited member
6. Tap continue
7. Note magic code not received till 30 sec
8. Tap didn't receive magic code
9. Now note magic code received

Expected Result:

Login as new member who is invited to a workspace must receive magic code on first attempt.

Actual Result:

Login as new member who is invited to a workspace doesn't receive magic code on first attempt.
