[2.0] link detection for bilibili (or any others) not works in 2.0 branch

Cannot reproduce in the latest release version (v1.4.0, or in @morny_cono_annie_bot).

If you are meaning the 2.0 branch (or @sukazyo_deving_bot), due to the 2.0 is based on old v1.3.x version, and not merged v1.4 changes yet, this should not be a bug.

Although this should be the expected behavior, I will not close this issue until the v1.4 changes is merged (or re-implemented) to 2.0 branch.
