Uneven Bed (Bad Bed Calibration)

I have constant issues with the bed leveling. I do the bed calibration and I do it to where I get "Well Done" on each corner to minimize failure. But that still doesn't seem to get it to be flat. I enabled needle homing as well from the hardware settings.

I manage to print only after I tweak it manually. What I do is I run gcode to print in circles, I look at where I notice fade on the bed and tweak it until I get an even spread.

Anyone else experiencing this or could it be a malfunction on my part?

I'll look into the needle deployment whether it's 90 degrees or not.

No I have this problem too I've deliberately unleveled the bed and checked and it still says well done for all its as if its not reading anything
