I'm unable to update the FAB to the latest firmware.
Problem started while updating the firmware with the old UI from version 1.0.0096 to version 1.0.0098
After performing the update following all the steps, the system was unable to contact the firmware, which appeared as null version
I've tried to create a new SD card with the latest release as suggested here: #161
But still in the update page the Installed version for firmware is null.
When I click Update the screen gets blocked while connecting to the server.
I've tried to update the firmware manually, but I get this error
strace: |autoreset: Broken pipe avrdude-original: stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding avrdude-original: stk500_getsync(): attemt 1 of 10: not in sync: resp=0x00
How can I fix that?

Hi @andreu11 ,
it seems your unit for some reasons messed up with firmware's bootloader and without it you cannot install install a new firmware. I suggest you to contact support team they will adress you to a solution
