新增节点报：

error on line -1 of ../cert/agency/channel/cert.cnf
140376256989072:error:02001002:system library:fopen:No such file or directory:bss_file.c:175:fopen('../cert/agency/channel/cert.cnf','rb')

解决方案是：

cp ../cert/agency/cert.cnf  ../cert/agency/channel/

我也遇到了这个问题，但是国密版本仍然无法完成，脚本执行完毕没有新节点文件夹，也不报错。参考issue#1630
