Actually, it might be a good idea if translation administrators had access to it in case FuzzyBot did something unpredictable (which it seems to like doing).

Translating to en is actually needed for lua modules, as that is the only way to get rid of the translation tags everywhere otherwise.

It allows FuzzyBot to translate I believe, just not normal users. It definitely would work fine if those in group "Translate-Proofr" had access though.

I can pretty much guarantee that Curse people will not give you access to Translate.php.

Should just be addable to LocalSettings.php, which they /should/ allow <3
