Administrativeish tasks

• Completely remove/deprecate help pages, directing users instead to the actual help wiki
• User group reform @retep998 we really need to finish up that spreadsheet and write up an actual proposal
• Finish the category overhaul project - assigned to @elifoster
• Update the community bulletin board
• Improve the community portal, perhaps using the help wiki's as a base template
• Improve the main page by being a proper starting directory for content, as well as providing some background info on FTB. Take a look at some other Gamepedia wikis.
• Hydradark.css #35
• Improve our existing Hydra stylesheet to actually look good and not just be the old one plopped onto Hydra.

This is all I can think of right now. @xbony2 perhaps you have some ideas?

Using CI would be better for this then using an off-site service.
