Hitting a giant squid from Alex's mob mod causes game freeze.

Describe the bug

When I attack a giant squid from Alex's mob mod, game becomes unresponsive.
I have to kill the java in the task manager to quit the game (single player), or force restart the server (multi player).
This issue has also been reported to Alex's mobs issue tracker (AlexModGuy/AlexsMobs#2166).

Steps to reproduce

1. Use giant squid spawn egg or find naturally spawned one. (they will spawn in ocean-type biomes)
2. Attack it several times to kill it.
3. Game becomes unresponsive. (Interact with blocks like chests or furnaces to confirm)

Expected behaviour

Hit giant squids normally
