Miners currently have a minerid to uniquely identify them.
We should also send over miner meta data, such as:

System hardware (CPU, arch, os, etc)
IP (WAN and LAN?)
Miner software agent/version

Miner should send meta data at some rate to provide

Actual Hashrate
Total submissions (accepted + rejected)
