Tag-based override rule matching

I was very eagerly waiting for override rules to be pushed out and here they are. However, now that they are here, I miss the option to apply them based on the added tags by the user requesting media.

For instance, User A requests media and selects tag iwant4k or polish to get 4K or Polish Profile in Sonarr/Radarr.

I am thinking of this in advance as I believe I’ve seen that somewhere down 2.3.x we might see the ability to apply override rules to users who have advanced requests permission enabled.

I don't understand why you want this.
If the user has advanced requests permission, he can already chose the Polish Profile or the 4K one?
