Plugin does some very strange DNS requests

The problem

So i switched my DNS to AdGuardHome which shows me, that my homeassistant is doing a dns request for EVERY connection EVERY few second. So while i have added 4 connections, i had around 120.000 DNS querys for mobile.bahn.de at one day.

Right now I couldn't figure out, why it does force refresh every 30 seconds
