Hi sir,

I am working on segmentation of GBM cases. After exploring the documentation site, I noticed that the module FeTS_CLI_Segment, which is required for executing the segmentation, is missing from the bin folder of the installed version (FeTS 0.0.7). I tried to locate it, but to no avail. Could you please provide guidance on how to specifically install this module or command? Is there a separate installation process for it? I'm also curious to know if the absence of a GPU could be the reason it is not automatically installed. Your insights would be greatly appreciated.

Ayman

Thank you for your interest in the FeTS Tool.

Have you tried the latest version of the Tool? https://github.com/FeTS-AI/Front-End#downloads

Hi Ayman,

If you want to run inference using the BraTS-winning algorithms, you will need the GPU. However, using the FeTS consensus model should work via the optimized variants. For details, please see this page.
