I do not have this problem, but I will leave my results.
No errors when running tests I will also attach the buildinfo file, perhaps specifying the versions will help in some way linux-upstream_6.8.9-1_amd64.buildinfo.txt

I had the same bug but the fix from @gschintgen fixed the problem. But since 2 weeks, the bug is here again and killall gamemoded didn't fix it this time. I really need this to work since I have another bug and the only way for me to play games is setting /sys/class/drm/card1/device/power_dpm_force_performance_level to high and I don't want my GPU to run at full speed all the time because of energy consumption. Edit : My problem was related to the file system being read-only since a new Fedora Kinoite update. |

Can't set amd_performance_level despite being in the gamemode group and config is in
/etc/gamemode.ini
