I would like to change my save language in the US version of Pokémon X from French to Spanish. So I used the universal "save-language.c" scirpt. Upon reloading my game, the Nintendo 3DS screen appears and nothing else until I get a Luma crash. Click here if you want the dump file. I used the same script to change the language back to French, and the game worked fine. Could someone help me?

I actually think that this should go to the PKSM page. Sorry about that.

No, this is the right repo.

It is? If it is, you can ask me to reopen it or just reopen it yourself if you can.

First, yes, this is the correct repository. Second, the language change script being the issue seems quite unlikely; this script has been around for quite a while without any issues, and the latest change to it does not change anything logic-wise. I will check it locally later today, but I quite doubt I will be able to reproduce this issue

Here's my save: click here for the save.
Of course, backup your save first, but that should be pretty obvious.

By the way, Google Drive shows it as "Pok,mon" and not "Pokémon" for whatever reason. Don't worry, "Pokémon" appears once downloaded.

I managed to get it to work, but only after using PKHeX. That means it's a bit of a hassle, so I would of course prefer to have a working PKSM script, but it's nice to know that it's not impossible. Anyway, here are both my original French file and new Spanish file if these may help you out: click here to download both saves, now uploaded directly to GitHub!
